Important: VitalLog is a personal health tracking tool, not a medical device. Do not use VitalLog readings as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using VitalLog, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the application.
2. Description of Service
VitalLog is a mobile application that allows users to record, track, and share personal health device readings including blood pressure, SpO₂, blood glucose, and weight. The app provides trend analysis and AI-assisted health insights.
3. Medical Disclaimer
- VitalLog is not a medical device and is not regulated as one
- AI health insights are informational only — not clinical diagnoses
- Threshold alerts are based on general population guidelines, not individual medical advice
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions
- In emergencies, call your local emergency services immediately
4. Eligibility
VitalLog is intended for users aged 18 and above. By using the app, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
5. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access at vitallog.support@gmail.com
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access another user's data
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the application
- Upload false health readings to manipulate AI analysis
- Use doctor sharing features to misrepresent someone else's health data
7. Doctor and Hospital Sharing
When you share a doctor link or grant hospital access, you consent to that party viewing your health data. You are responsible for:
- Ensuring you are sharing with the intended recipient
- Revoking access when it is no longer needed
- Not misrepresenting whose data is being shared
8. Intellectual Property
The VitalLog application, its design, and underlying code are proprietary. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the application on your personal device. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the application or its content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VitalLog and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to medical decisions made based on app data.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to VitalLog at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from within the app.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VitalLog after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be notified in-app.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
