  1. Open VitalLog on your device
  2. Tap the Me tab (bottom right)
  3. Scroll to Privacy & Security
  4. Tap Delete My Data to remove all readings while keeping your account
  5. Or tap Delete Account to permanently remove everything

We process all requests within 30 days as required by applicable data protection law.

What gets deleted: When you delete your account, we permanently remove all health readings, family profiles, doctor access links, notes, and personal information (name, phone, email) from our servers. Anonymised analytics data (counts, not personal data) may be retained for service improvement. Firebase Authentication credentials are also deleted.

Can't remember your account details? Email us at vitallog.support@gmail.com with any information you remember (phone number, email, approximate sign-up date) and we will locate and delete your data.
